This position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for various commercial facilities during nighttime hours.
Position: Night Shift Cleaner Location: Charlotte NC, Employment Type: Part-time/Full-time (Night Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring that they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a hygienic and environmentally friendly manner.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures as required.
- Access and secure areas with restricted access, including using alarm codes and keys to unlock and lock doors.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Ensure all areas are secure and properly locked after completing cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Comfortable accessing and securing areas with restricted access using alarm codes and keys.
